Requesting deletion
Use the contact page and select “Account deletion request”. Include the email associated with the account and enough context to locate it; never send passwords or payment data. This initiates a deletion request only — it does not immediately delete data.
Processing and retention
Receipt, identity verification and processing status will be communicated when account services activate. Limited retention exceptions may apply under approved legal, fraud-prevention, safety or operational policy.
